Explore the city on a tuk tuk tour by night which will allow seeing the monuments all illuminated.
After meeting the guide, we’ll cross the Avenue of the Allies, the most important avenue of the city to observe how it shines over the nigh light as well as Sao Bento train station with all its twenty thousand tiles representing some of the most well-known episodes of the history of Portugal and Porto. This tuk tuk tour will pass right next to the Cathedral of Porto – Sé! While crossing the Douro river on this eletric tuk tuk you can observe another iron bridge – D. Maria, designed by Gustave Eiffel himself, until a viewpoint next to Serra do Pilar where the famous 2 level iron bridge called Luis I will gain size and importance.
It’s time to head back to the city center of Porto and continue to see how the city evolves during the night. You’ll be passing by the nightlife area of Galerias de Paris where the bookshop Lello is located and make sure you’ll take the best picture of the Tower of Clerigos right across it!
